I have physical evidence which is hard to dispute, except for you, and already posted 5 links where this feature is mentioned in Chrysler Coporation literature, for anyone to view and read at the links. Nobody has yet posted any Chry-Co info to explain when or why this feature was discontinued.

Why is it that I'm the only one wasting bandwidth here, Terry? Aren't you wasting just as much with your replies to my posts? Isn't everybody else wasting bandwidth with their replies? Was Fish wasting bandwidth with his original post, about how far Dodge truck hoods open?

How come I make a simple statement and then get a rash of bs for simply stating what I have personally experienced with Sweptline trucks?

I have the answer to that last question: it's because I'm pretty much universally disliked on this forum, and that's a result of your other hobby of insulting me, riding me, trying to discredit every single thing I say, of your examining my every post with a magnifying glass to find some, ANY miniscule error, so you can blow it up all out of proportion to show the world what a jerk I am.

Oh, and that's in addition to the negative comments you've made to others in emails about me, [yeah, I've seen some] and in addition to your posts on other forum's about me, to destroy my reputation as far as you possibly can.

I don't need your BS harrassment every time I make any comment on this forum. This has been going on for 4-5 years now and I had enough of it about 4-5 years ago.

If you don't like what I post then don't read my posts.

If you disagree then just state what your disagreement is and move on, instead of yet another attempt to make me out as an a-hole in front of everyone else on the forum.

You've done your best to make life miserable for me here, and to drive me off this forum, continuously for years. You've made sure that everyone here has heard your opinion of me, to cause them to first think of me according to Terry's viewpoint, rather than according to who and what I really am.

Get over it, Terry, just set it down and walk away from it. All this stuff does is run down the forum, destroy the friendly atmosphere and drive away other members who don't want to listen to cat fights on forums.

I've tried to just ignore you for the last year but you won't leave it alone, won't give up, won't stop doing every single thing you can to make life here for me as miserable as you can make it. You're obsessed with it.

What I'm trying to find out now on this hood question is what physical stops are designed into the hood hinge system to prevent it from opening beyond 45* or 90*. I want to know because at least 2 of my hoods have opened beyond 90*, and according to Chrysler it's by design.

WTF is the problem with this question, other than that it's me that's asking it? It happens to be the topic of the opening thread, so how come it's a tremendous waste of time and bandwidth to pursue the question to get solid answers?
