It appears the original factory oil pressure gauge had a rubber hose directly attatched to the block on my 65. Ive been running a aftermarket gauge. To hook the factory gauge up is it as simple as putting a barbed nipple fitting in the block and sending the rubber hose to the gauge? Any problems wi

I get the picture now!!! Thanks for all the detail. Im pulling my gauge today to see what connector is on it, it should be factory yet. I either run rubber or copper. The main thing is I want to bring my origianl gauge back into service and see what my pressure more easily instead of having to look under the dash.
