Do you have any immediate need for the parts off the car? Is there an issue for it sitting 30 days? I would say if no to either, just let it sit, after 30 days if no contact is made, part it out, sale it, do whatever. You did what you had to do, you were the nice guy, gave the other guy a chance, covered yourself in the process and he has no leg to stand on. I'm the same way as you, I would hope that if I was in that guys situation, someone else would give me the chance, so I would think if I were in your situation, I would do the same. My 2 cents anyways. Kyle
