give him 30 days and then do what you will with it. he probably already wrote it off.
my dad had a guy leave a 69 dart with a 340 stick shift in his yard. guy just disappeared. the city came down on my dad for yard ornaments so we tried to contact this guy for 30 days. but after sitting in the yard for 3 YEARS we finally gave up and parted it and sold the shell. the shell now is back together with a 360 auto...
